Two different types
of apartments are available: "large apartments", with
two bedrooms, which can lodge up to five guests; "small
apartments", with one bedroom only, which can lodge
up to three or four guests.

To young guests, who want to
save money, we advise the mansards on the third floor.
They have the same characteristics as the apartments
on the lower floors, but they are much cheaper.

Tall plane trees
protect the residence from hot sunbeams, making upper
floors as liveable as lower ones.
Each apartment is prearranged for a television set
and is provided with a safe-deposit box.

Location:
Less than 100 metres from the seaside, very
close to the town centre and five minutes away from
Cervia station, our apartments can be easily reached
through any approach to the town. The address is Viale
Volturno, 73.
Parking spaces:
We can guarantee only a limited number of enclosed
parking spaces, but many others are available just
in front of the building. We can offer all the space
you need to park your bikes.
Beaches:
You are spoilt for choice: in Cervia there are modern
and well-equipped bathing establishments, the best
ones in the Riviera Romagnola. They can meet all your
desires and needs.

Our suggestions:
Mirabilandia, the largest amusement park in Europe: you can
reach it in 15 minutes by car (SS16 towards Ravenna).
Italia in Miniatura (“A miniature of Italy”):
to visit Italy as a whole in just one day (close to Rimini)
Cervia Natural Park: plunged in a green pinewood, it plays
host to every sort of animal, ranging from buffalos to fawns,
from peacocks to goatlings.
